A duo of twin visual artists lives and works in a suburb of Athens, at a safe distance from the city. It is a place where nature is dominant and where life seems to belong to an earlier time. In an environment that traditional village taverns play an important role. Here, two young men carefully observe what happens around them, but they do not remain passive observers. They take an active role. Their work is important within the field of contemporary art, as they act, speak, confront situations, and interact with the conditions of contemporary society. Entering their studio is a sensual and disorienting experience. Sheep bells and CNC cuts hang on the walls, contemporary sports sunglasses and vacuum-sealed military food are placed on wooden works of contemporary art. All these elements exist in this specific place, they are closely connected and create an environment that captures the visitor’s attention, affecting perception and thought. This experience is shaped by the strong, shared energy of the two young Greek artis.
